We are seeking a highly skilled, and passionate Senior Marketing Technology Manager to join the global Marketing Technology & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing technical solutions and deploying automation processes, overseeing the creation of HTML email templates leading on the configuration of key customer engagement channels (push, in-apps, WhatsApp, Content Cards), and effectively coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of life cycle marketing and product growth campaigns. Were looking for someone who has deep experience with Braze, marketing automation as well as the broader marketing tech stack and related marketing KPIs.
The Senior Marketing Technology Manager will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing efforts and driving business growth.
What youll do
Manage end-to-end workflow processes for marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Establish and maintain scalable marketing operations processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
Design and maintain a robust Braze set-up across workspaces, apps, tags, and environments.
Define and govern naming conventions, taxonomy, and best practices.
Partner with Data & Engineering to ensure clean, reliable event and attribute schemas.
Oversee integrations (CDP, product, web, mobile, APIs, webhooks) to unlock real-time, multi-channel engagement.
Implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve activation, conversion, retention, and reactivation programs.
Build reporting frameworks that connect Braze performance to commercial outcomes.
Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, QA processes, and guardrails.
Train and support Life Cycle Marketing, Regional Marketing and Product Teams to self-serve safely and effectively.
Champion new Braze capabilities (AI, Connected Content, Currents, segmentation, Liquid, etc.).
Ensure the stack and strategy can scale across markets, products, and teams.
Understand the customer journey, lead flows and routing through our systems and oversee the buildout, enrichment, and assignment of leads.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for further testing and optimization.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing, workflow management, and marketing automation.
Requirements: Mandatory: Level 3 Architect Certification
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in marketing automation platform Braze
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
Proven experience in HTML coding and the creation of responsive email templates
Proven experience in creating multi-channel Canvas builds including: email, SMS, WhatsApp, In-Apps, Content Cards and others
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work within established timelines
Ability to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that balance business needs and system maintainability.

Accreditations in Marketo, Salesforce or similar
Prior experience in a similar role within the finance industry is preferred but not required
Relevant certifications in marketing automation or project management would be a plus.
