What will be your responsibilities?
Technical Support for the customer service center
Support customers in implementing and/or troubleshooting ESET products and, handling malware, and providing cybersecurity consulting.
Investigating issues by analyzing logs
Remote support via phone email
Writing technical guides to assist customers
Full time position 9-18, Holon
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a graduate of Cybersecurity course or IDF computing unit - required
At least one year of experience in Technical Support required
High self-learning ability, problem solving and critical thinking
Excellent English communication
Experience with virtualization technologies - an advantage
Familiarity with cybersecurity and antivirus products an advantage
