* Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs across multiple teams.
* Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and operations to align on priorities and timelines.
* Develop and maintain program roadmaps, tracking milestones and key deliverables.
* Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles to keep initiatives moving forward.
* Foster clear communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
* Continuously improve processes to support scaling and agility.
* Be part of the Program Management team, reporting to the Head of Program Management, in the Product and Technology growing department.
Requirements: * 5 years of project management experience in a fast-growing tech company.
* Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
* Strong technical understanding - ability to grasp APIs, system integrations and dependencies, and bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence without authority.
* Proven success managing multiple complex programs simultaneously
* Experience with agile methodologies
