We are looking for a talented Tax Specialist to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv to expand our tax department.

Responsibilities
To be a Tax Specialist at you need:

To be a CPA and/or lawyer in a tax department of Big 4, law firm, or large multinational with 3+ years of experience
Experience working at or with high-tech public companies that reports by US GAAP and have multiple entities including Israel
Proven experience in Israeli, international, and transaction tax advisory, with an emphasis on providing tax consulting for multinational companies
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Strong project management, hands on, detail oriented, while being able to see the big picture
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Team player with strong communication skills
Willing to learn, experience, and assist with a variety of tax matters

We are looking for a Tax Specialist to support NVIDIAs Israeli and International tax projects and activities. As part of NVIDIAs tax team, your responsibilities will be to build and maintain a strong, collaborative partnership with Accounting, Logistics, FP&A, Treasury, and other teams to lead complicated tax projects and remain compliant with tax laws and regulations, enabling effective decision-making at all levels to improve our companys financial and tax performance. What youll be doing:

Prepare and maintain detailed, high-quality tax-related documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations within timeframe.

Assistance in preparation of quarterly tax provision for multiple jurisdictions.

Assistance in preparation of complex statutory tax returns for multiple jurisdictions.

Work with external auditors, outside tax consultants and regulatory authorities.

Prepare and manage various projects related to international tax and transfer pricing.

Assistance in managing and coordinating tax audits.

Prepare reports for significant judgements taken in respect of a tax accounting issue.

The position includes handling the submission of reports to the tax authorities for individuals and ongoing handling with the tax authorities of professional issues that arise during the year, capital declarations, annual/current reports, ongoing work with the authorities, contact with the clients in Israel and abroad/KPMG offices abroad, tax calculations according to the client's request , dealing with options and shares in the Israeli tax aspect, counseling sessions for employees who are relocating and more.
