We are looking for a Financial Controller to Public (Nasdaq) High-tech company.
This is a key position which requires interaction and collaboration with colleagues in various departments to ensure proper accounting treatment, and reporting of results.
It requires a demonstrated ability to quickly grasp financial, accounting and tax concepts, exercise judgment and provide initiation and forward-thinking.
The Controller will report directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
Revenue recognition (ASC 606) analysis of all customers agreements preparation of RevRec working papers and memorandums.
Work closely with the corporate and the global finance team on the quarterly and annual reporting requirements of a publicly traded NASDAQ company:
Preparation of working papers such as: ESOP, EPS, Cost allocations, inventory, commission and MBO, etc.
Preparation consolidation files and transferring intercompany JEs.
Actual Vs budget Analysis.
Analytical analysis of the financial statements.
Preparation of presentations for the audit committee and Board of directors.
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with SEC requirements (20-F, 6-K), including preparation of accounting notes.
Supporting the companys annual budget preparation including preparing. Excel working papersand upload the files to Netsuite.
Prepare of the statuary financial report and the local tax report
implementation and maintenance of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) internal controls.
Managing and prepare the transfer prices studies with related companies
Monthly payroll check and review.
Monthly payments check and review.
Work closely with the external auditors and other financial and tax consultants.
Ongoing communication and cooperation with other departments to understand, design and record appropriately financial results.
Assisting operational managers with ad-hoc requests for information and analysis.
Requirements: CPA with 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in the high-tech industry.
Big 4 background Must.
Knowledge and experience of financial analysis and forecasting.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Fluent English.
Can-do positive approach.
Advantage: Netsuite.
