We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations, Supply Chain Administrative Manager / Coordinator to support purchasing, logistics, inventory, finance coordination, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing, vendor and supplier management
Coordination with local international subcontractors
Inventory control and warehouse operations
Logistics import/export coordination
Sales support, contracts documentation
Invoice handling finance coordination
Ongoing operational administrative support
Requirements: Requirements
B.A. in Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field
1+ year experience in operations/logistics/supply chain mandatory
Priority ERP or SAP mandatory
Strong Excel high-level English
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Startup mindset
