We are looking for a Controller, based in our Ra'anna, Israel office reporting to the Director of Finance. The successful candidate will be a key member of the global finance team, supporting multiple legal entities in different regions. The Controller will be responsible for monthly closing processes, financial analysis & reporting, tax filling and supporting FP&A activities for a global software business.

Responsibilities
Oversee monthly closing processes (AP, AR, GL, Amortization, Consolidation)
Manage fixed assets and monthly Revenue Recognition, COGS margin analysis
Ensure quality control over P&L transactions
Manage reconcile intercompany reconciliation
Prepare all Balance Sheet account reconciliations and key accruals
Oversee software capitalization and amortization, working with R&D
Prepare tax filings and reporting for all group entities
Prepare financial statements and liaise with the auditors
Handle local reporting and compliance
Support global collection efforts and bookkeepers' daily tasks
Assist with budgeting process
