Job Responsibilities:
* Continuous communication with customers - preparing price quotes, receiving orders, collection, issuing invoices and receipts, and coordinating supply.
* Procurement - coordinating purchase orders, supplier price lists, and payments.
* Coordinating the logistics system - scheduling deliveries for customers and suppliers.
* Managing petty cash and cash flow.
* Managing the ERP information system (Priority).
* Updating the CRM system (More-Than).
* Managing the office setup.
* Providing support to all company departments.
Full-time position, Sunday Thursday.
