You will join a dynamic quality assurance engineering team, responsible for functional and performance validation of Wi-Fi (and other wireless technologies) features on products. In this role you will be responsible for design and development of automation for testing embedded firmware and entire systems. You will be required to lead investigations and analyze failures or performance behavior. It is required to master the skills of problem solving, creativity and programming along with achieving detailed understanding of embedded systems and our wireless protocols.

Description
Cellular Systems Analysis team is seeking talented, highly motivated and disciplined engineers to work across layers on groundbreaking cellular technologies. You will be responsible for analyzing performance issues and driving Protocol/RF/L1 architectural improvements for future cellular product lines with emphasis on improving the overall user experience in terms of performance. We expect you to be hands relying upon diagnostics, analytics, crowd sourced information, lab/field log analysis as well as code/architecture review to exploit the opportunities for improvement. You will be working cross functionally with platform architecture, standardization, firmware/protocol development, system test, Field Test, QA and carrier engineering teams to drive the enhancement proposals from concept to commercialization. Develop high performance emulation models and transactors in system Verilog and C/C++ .
Support multiple emulation environments using the latest emulation techniques Root cause failing SoC/Processor tests and emulator environment issues.

About the Role:

In this role, as Software Embedded Engineer, you will join forces with a unique group of passionate engineers who are crafting state of the art embedded solutions that allows running advanced Neural Networks on hardware solutions. You will gain a deep understanding of AI internals as well as various acceleration algorithmic techniques. By designing and implementing major parts of embedded solutions You will actively contribute to bringing AI capabilities to the customers.

What will you do:

Design and implement C++ solutions for state-of-the-art AI Neural Network accelerators on both PC and DSP platforms
Design and implement software for offline analysis of vision-based neural network models in preparation for runtime inference execution.
Collaborate closely with Architects, Algorithmic and VLSI engineers.
Integrate and debug neural network execution on accelerator hardware and simulator environments.
Profile and optimize neural network execution time within a complex on-chip system architecture.
