We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Game and bots analyst take ownership of the logical and performance aspects of our auto bots system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constantly monitoring and optimizing the performance of the auto bots from both logical and technical perspectives. This role requires a deep understanding of SQL coding, the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions, and the aptitude to solve complex puzzles using logical reasoning. The successful candidate will work independently to drive tasks to resolution and will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our auto bot system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SQL Coding Mastery:
Develop and execute advanced SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manipulate data efficiently.
Optimize database queries and procedures to enhance the performance and reliability of the auto bot system.
2. Business Understanding:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
3. Logical Problem-Solving:
Identify and address complex logical puzzles and challenges within the auto bot system.
Propose innovative and logical solutions to improve system performance and functionality.
4. Independent Task Management:
Receive tasks and assignments related to logic and performance analysis.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to resolution independently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor the performance of the auto bot system on a continuous basis, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Generate regular reports on system performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for enhancements.
6. Quality Assurance (QA):
Conduct thorough QA testing to validate the accuracy and reliability of logic implementations within the auto bot system.
Collaborate with the QA team to ensure rigorous testing standards and procedures are followed.
7. Real-Time Action:
Respond promptly to any issues or anomalies detected in the auto bot system, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and maintain system stability.
Implement real-time adjustments and optimizations to address performance issues and ensure seamless operation.
Requirements: 2-3 years if experience in the tech industry as a game analyst or similar position
Proficiency in advanced SQL coding, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and interpret complex business requirements.
Exceptional logical reasoning abilities, with a track record of solving intricate puzzles and challenges.
Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and drive tasks to completion.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Prior experience in performance analysis, logic optimization, or related fields is preferred.
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional certifications in SQL or database management are a plus.
