What You'll Do:
Manage and inspire multiple full-stack R&D teams across various product domains, including teams located in remote locations. Foster collaboration and ensure seamless execution across all teams.
Take full responsibility for your product area's delivery, technical domain, architecture, integrations, technical governance, methodologies, and best practices.
Support your team of managers and engineers through regular feedback, coaching, mentoring, and by promoting learning and development opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with R&D leadership, product teams, and other business units to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

This is a business operations role that sits within the Marketplace division.
In this role, youll be responsible for developing the overall strategy of that vertical, driving innovation and execution across the organization. You will lead the vertical and continually evolve strategy and category expansion.
As the owner of this vertical, you are ultimately responsible for its revenue and growth. Revenue Growth: expand the catalog of services within the Programming & Tech Vertical. Collaborate on acquisition/retention/promotion strategies with growth teams on the buyer and seller side. Initiate and support category-specific efforts with the different product teams
Marketplace: Develop appropriate taxonomy and structured data and develop appropriate Marketplace Integrity rules for the Vertical.
