* Managing a portfolio of assigned accounts
* Proactively leading all client renewal and upsell activities
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders

* Accountable for performance forecasts for renewals and upsells
* Maintain an accurate CRM and individual pipelines

Requirements: * A winning mindset, positive attitude, and likes to take ownership for business initiatives and tasks
* Ability to multitask client day-to-day activities and larger Account Management initiatives.
* Min. 1-2 years of Account Management experience dealing with renewals and upsells
* Excellent knowledge of account management practices, portfolios creation, renewal tracking - must
* Proficiency in presentation building and CRM software processes ( salesforce, Monday.com
* Ability to manage worldwide accounts (EMEA, APAC, and some US)
* Languages: English (native level or equivalent) - must
* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - must
* Additional European languages (a big bonus!!)
* Knowledge of the creative / digital agency ecosystem (a bonus!!)
