We are looking to hire a motivated and skilled core architect to join our system architecture group in Tel Aviv and take part in ramping up our deep learning HW & SW from the ground up. As a team member, you will be responsible for the architecture requirements and definitions of our deep learning processor, as part of our SoCs. You will work closely with the product, algorithms, HW and SW compiler teams to plan and execute the next chip products.

Define our deep learning processor architecture and SW stack enhancements for different markets and use cases incorporating our products.
Analyze AI pipelines derived by customer and product requirements for current and future products.

We are looking for a Senior RT Software Engineer.
As a Senior Real-Time Software Engineer specializing in drones, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of advanced software solutions for our autonomous drone systems .
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, computer vision specialists, and control systems engineers to deliver cutting-edge software solutions that enable our drone platforms to operate seamlessly in real-world environments.
Responsibilities :
1. Design, develop, and maintain real-time software systems for drone applications.
2. Implement algorithms and control strategies to optimize the performance and autonomy of drone systems.
3. Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with onboard sensors, actuators, and other peripherals.
4. Conduct performance analysis and optimization of software components to ensure efficient real-time operation.
5. Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior members of the software engineering team.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications for new product features.
7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in drones and real-time software technologies to drive innovation within SpearUAV.
8. Participate in the development of software architecture and contribute to the overall system design.

1. Knowledge transfer and updating from R&D to Production Floor, for new products, new manufacturing process, new equipment, machines and injection molds.

2. Lean Manufacturing, Productivity and process, products cost reduction.

3. Leading large scale global and cross organizational projects.

4. Supporting our manufacturing, quality control and Regulatory activities (machines related product and malfunctions analysis and repair).

5. Sustain engineering support for all production processes (Machines and Molds Maintenance, repairs, spare- parts and enhancements).

6. Tooling and production processes enhancements (Molds, Automations, Jigs and Fixtures- design and built).

7. Product Engineering Industrialize and Scale- up to mass production- projects managements (machines characterizations, Projects Follow- Ups: DR's, Acceptance tests, installations, QualificationsVerification and Validations).

8. Tech Office Management- (Documentations, Revisions, part and Product Specifications, Drawings and SOPs).
