oox is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will play a key role in our product positioning and brand management.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:
Be responsible for planning and executing our product terminology and announcements, owning the brand positioning both internally and externally.
Manage and uphold brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, RnD, CX) to ensure the brand messaging aligns with company objectives and resonates with our merchants.
Create a product marketing roadmap by working closely with product, growth, and R&D.
Take ownership of user advocacy initiatives, including organizing and conducting user interviews, planning case studies, and user feedback. Leverage insights to enhance marketing tactics, user experience, and product awareness.
Hands-on approach, willingness to dive into the day-to-day tasks like creating content, measuring impact, and ensuring our work is executed at its highest quality.
Write and maintain UX copy for features under your ownership.
Adopt new and existing features within our existing user base.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a PMM in a fast-growing startup (preferably a SaaS business).
Fluent in English - All communication is written in American English.
Vast experience building feature announcements and product adoption strategies while ensuring brand consistency throughout the company.
Execution orientation - the ability to maximize efficiency by creating organized workflows and managing multiple projects and tasks in parallel.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, R&D, Support)
