We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NetSuite ERP Project Manager to play a pivotal role in leading the successful implementation, enhancement, and optimization of NetSuite solution. You will be responsible for the entire Netsuite onboarding project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements gathering to final deployment and user training. Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of NetSuite projects:

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Manage project scope, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Track project progress and report key metrics to stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams:

Gather and document business requirements
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of NetSuite.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.
Manage project resources effectively:

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
Monitor individual and team performance.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance:

Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies before deployment.
Provide user training and support:

Develop and deliver training materials for end users.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to users after deployment.
Stay up-to-date on the latest NetSuite features and functionalities:

As a key member of our Business Analyst and Quality team in the Order Management group, you will be responsible for our Customers Master data, including Data infrastructure logic, Data Quality, Data flow, and supporting processes.

You will be challenged to manage Customers' master data from various disintegrated systems and sources, dealing with data quality, governance, hierarchy, and maintenance.



Main Responsibilities:

Serve as the end-to-end master data knowledge expert from a data and systems perspective (Oracle, Oracle BI, PowerBI, WorkDay Salesforce, and other organizational tools).
Lead data quality improvement initiatives with collaborations with different stakeholders.
Matrix management of Data AnalystResponsible for setting up Customer creation processes in our ERP systems according to data policy management and governance.
Resolve conflicts in the day-to-day customer creation process and assist with outstanding issues.
Performing data analysis to identify process improvements, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and utilizing that data to improve data quality and optimize data flow.
Define policies to support the new business requirements and data migration following acquisitions and internal system migrations.
Partner with downstream stakeholder groups, including Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, and IT, to facilitate end-to-end master data updates.
Develop training material and implement training for master data creation and governance policies.
Support quarter-end and year-end close processes for customer master maintenance.

We are looking for a project manager to lead varied cross-organizational projects, support, guide, reflect via tools, raise flags, help mitigate problems, and ensure we deliver what and when we plan to deliver.
Key Responsibilities:
Project management of strategic cross-org projects:
Work with different executives to initiate a project, define scope timeline and KPIs
Create and manage integrated project plan and identify project critical path
Monitor and review project progress and timelines and ensure all stakeholders adhere to the committed plan
Perform project risk management - identify potential risks, ensure risks are understood, suggest mitigations, and ensure successful execution of mitigations
Facilitate decision-making and take decisions when needed to be aligned with the executive sponsor
Manage the project integrations between departments/project phases to ensure effective collaboration and seamless delivery
Identify and resolve issues to ensure project success
Constantly and communicate plan and status with all relevant stakeholders
Accountable for an ongoing update of progress on project management tools and ensuring others updates in the system are well-documented
Develop business and operational processes, and support the implementation of these processes in relevant applications when necessary. This includes the development of efficient processes within groups and in between groups, with continuous process improvements.
These processes should be repeatable, agile, and audit-ready at any time.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead one of the most strategic initiatives within the Seller Management team and own the teams business operations.
As an Analytics Project Manager, you will ensure that we have the right quantity and quality of sellers - across a broad range of skills, experience levels, and price points - to meet our buyers diverse needs.
The ideal candidate has a professional background as a Data Analyst - with proven experience in complex data analysis - who is looking to transfer their analytical skills to a strategic business role.
What am I going to do?
To succeed, you will need to lead and deliver three main initiatives:
In the short term, you will develop and lead the creation of supply management capabilities, to enable the identification of supply gaps. You will extract data to determine supply levels on each shelf, map all the parameters that affect supply levels, determine optimal supply thresholds and buckets, and define supply gaps relative to the required demand, across categories, prices, languages, and professional levels.
In the medium term, you will scale tools to mitigate those supply gaps. You will work with cross-functional teams - such as Product, Data, Professional Evaluators and Verticals - to analyze the current supply state; formalize business cases; and identify, design and build the necessary features and tools.
In the long term, once youve successfully created and implemented the supply management capabilities and tools, you will own our supply management operations, and be responsible for its business metrics, such as the quantity and quality of sellers, and level of e-commerce experiences.
Ultimately, you will lead end-to-end project ideation, planning, and execution, guided by heavy data-driven decision-making, and upon successful implementation, serve as the Supply business owner. Accordingly, this role demands proven experience in complex data analysis, structured problem-solving skills and project management.
