Position Overview:
Your role will be to own and drive initiatives related to improving software quality, stability, reliability, and usability.

Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
Keep up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Work collaboratively in Agile environment to identify and prioritize testing strategies.
Help the team evaluate risk, quality, and/or stability of products and services.
Collaborate with Product Support and customers to resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities::
Manage the QA Automation Team ensuring they have the technical skills, commitment, procedures and tools.? Design and develop QA methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient automation across projects. Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to management? Your Impact & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of QA engineers in charge of all aspects of Evinced quality assurance - manual, test automation & performance, including mentoring, training, and task assignment.
This role is hands-on, with at least 50% direct participation in QA activity.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers and designers) ) to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of high-quality products.
