What's the job As a team leader in the R&D, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and create our product, built on the force.com Platform. In this position, you will:
* Lead a team of developers through the product life cycle - architecture, design, development, quality and production.
* Mentor and advise your team in code review, programming methodologies and more
* Recruit and mentor new team members.
Requirements: What you have:
* 2-4 years of managerial experience leading Full Stack development team.
* Practical experience in development of complex web-based systems.
* Practical experience working with DB and SQL.
* Experience in Force.com/APEX development An advantage.
* Writing design documents and technical specification documents.
* Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
* Independent, quick learner
* High logical & Analytical abilities.
* Accuracy and careful attention to details.
* Resourceful, responsible and able to adapt to changes. Education Bachelor degree, specializing in Computer Science or similar engineering discipline. Language skills Very good English.
