We are looking for a FP&A Business Partner.
Our FP&A team provides value-added services to company management through financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and control.
You will have an opportunity to participate in the corporate FP&A, including reporting to our shareholders through periodic reporting to be discussed by our board of directors. You will also have an opportunity to impact how we build our financial systems and processes infrastructure, to be ready for future growth.
What you'll do:
Build and develop financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking for Companys corporate units.
Maintain and improve company financial and operational models and run ad hoc analyses in various areas.
Deliver insight regarding business metrics, including a comparison to prior periods, highlighting key variances/trends, and providing high-level commentary for use by management.
Enable data-driven decisions by working closely as an "analytical arm" to department heads, building business cases that shape key strategies.
Proactively identify and analyze opportunities to drive business improvements and share actionable insights with management.

We are on the lookout for an adept and self-driven AI Specialist Conversion rate Marketing Operations Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will spearhead efforts to enhance conversion rate optimization across campaigns, manage our lead routing and attribution tool efficiently, and harness AI to elevate our martech arsenal and conversion rate.
How will you make an impact?
Take charge of optimizing conversion rates across marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights and strategies.
Analyze the lead-to-opportunity conversion rate funnel, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Manage and streamline our lead routing and attribution tool (Leandata), ensuring seamless workflow of leads and contacts.
Harness AI technologies to refine and enhance our martech tools, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Serve as the focal point for questions regarding our marketing tech stack, ensuring optimal utilization and integration.
Manage and track upcoming renewals and spearhead the renewal process for tools and agencies owned by Marketing Operations.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors/systems, collaborating with legal and security teams for seamless integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Revenue Ops and Biz Ops to ensure alignment of processes and systems.
Lead the rollout of new technologies, conducting user onboarding and training sessions, and providing ongoing support.
Collaborate with the Finance team on budget-related matters, ensuring adherence to budgets and proper utilization of resources.
Support day-to-day marketing operations tasks to ensure smooth functioning of activities.

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team!
As a scrum master,
youll be responsible for a full-stack scrum team within one of our main R&D groups .
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with product managers, developers, and QA engineers
Lead an agile team, coordinate and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standup, pre-planning/planning, retrospect, etc.
Conduct constant project monitoring, risk management, and mitigation to ensure delivery on time while not compromising on quality
Anticipate and spot impediments, prevent or remove them in order to maintain consequent work-flow and optimized performance
Bridge the gap between strategic and tactical goals, helping create work plans that support a high-performing team
Facilitate and bridge dependencies with external teams and stakeholders.
