We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Admin to join the operation team.

It is a part-time position (80-90%).
Responsibilities:
Assist and direct employees, visitors, guests, and delivery couriers or messengers.
Support office activities and happy hours.
Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights and obtaining visas, with various considerations, and ground transportation for domestic and international trips.
Responsibility for CEO's and VP's schedules.
Hosting and catering for guests.
Arranging parking for guests and employees.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Requirements: Bachelors degree
Fluent English speaker
Ability to work a full-time job
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Service and problem solving orientation
Proficient in Microsoft office Suite.
