Responsibilities::
Manage the QA Automation Team ensuring they have the technical skills, commitment, procedures and tools.? Design and develop QA methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient automation across projects. Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to management? Train, mentor and lead the professional growth for team members on Quality Assurance procedures? Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality issues? Stay up-to-date on new product development and changes to existing products? Plan and lead testing initiatives to ensure software releases exceed requirements?
