We are a leading AI and data solutions company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Products Manager to join our team. As the Head of Products Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our AI and data products under the guidance of the CEO. With a minimum of 5 years of experience and a strong understanding of AI and data, you will collaborate closely with customers, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful products, maintain high-quality standards, and foster long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire products lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring products are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with the CEO, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to define prodact scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning them with customer requirements and business goals.
Work closely with customers, establishing strong relationships, and serving as their main point of contact throughout and after prodact completion.
Provide expert guidance to customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback, and ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
Manage prodact resources, including personnel, budgets, and timelines, optimizing prodact efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting cross-functional teamwork and communication.
Monitor and track prodact progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful prodact outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI and data prodact management, applying them to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements: Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field ( Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in prodact management, with a strong track record of successfully managing AI and data -related prodact.
Deep understanding of AI and data technologies, processes, and best practices.
Proven ability to manage complex prodact, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a customer-centric approach and experience working closely with customers throughout prodact lifecycles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering products on time, within budget, and exceeding customer expectations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with adaptability to changing prodact requirements.
Familiarity with prodact management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
