We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team and work with a cloud-based (SaaS) next-generation, library automation software (Alma).
What will you be doing in this role?
Write requirements for functional and non-functional needs.
Support the development team during feature-building.
Work closely with Product Management, designers, and development to groom and prioritize backlog according to product strategy.
Serve as subject matter expert and be the go-to person in your area of the product.
Gather detailed requirements, ideas, and needs from customers.
Track feature adoption rate, and KPIs and solicit feedback from customers as needed, and investigate ways to increase feature usage.
Support Documentation Release Notes, OLH review, how-to, guide me, training videos.

Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, working in a hybrid model.
This is a full-time position.
Requirements: About You experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:
2 + years of Hands-on product owner experience.
2 + years of experience in a software organization, involving development or product definition roles.
Familiarity with Agile development methodology and best practices.
Experience in writing requirements/user stories and designing solutions.
Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills in both English and Hebrew.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
It would be awesome if you also had:
Background in library sciences or familiarity with the field
Background in Data modeling.
