Role Overview:
The Senior Product Marketing Manager/ Associate Director will work closely with Commercial leaders, Product Teams, Science Teams to develop and execute go-to-market and demand generation plans for the scientific products (panels) and the platform, and package scientific evidence into easy-to-digest marketing content.
They will partner closely with the Channel Marketing Director to ensure the timely distribution and engagement of biopharma/academic KOLs with our content. They will also partner with commercial operations and BD to develop BD training materials, sales tools, pitch decks etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-market Planning for Product Launches: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for key product launches in close collaboration with product development, scientific, and commercial stakeholders.
Awareness and Demand Generation: Leverage a combination of scientific, creative, and strategic marketing skills to develop awareness and demand generation plans for our offerings across different stages of the buyers journey.
Multichannel Marketing: Partner with the Director of Channel Marketing and freelancers/agencies to plan and execute a calendar of activities that include but are not limited to blog articles, website content, webinars, conference talks, email campaigns, videos, infographics etc.
Scientific Content Marketing: Partner with the Product and Scientific Teams to plan conference abstract submissions and technical product literature that support key launches and partnership milestones.
BD/Sales Training and Enablement: Partner with the Commercial Operations and Product teams to develop training materials and recordings, brochures/flyers, and pitch decks for the BD team.
Analytics and Tracking: Partner with the Director of Channel Marketing and Commercial Operations to track the impact of marketing activities.
Requirements: B.S. or an advanced degree in biology or related scientific field - A must.
Experience - At least 5 to 8 years of experience in product marketing in the life sciences/healthcare industry with exceptional storytelling skills.
Experience marketing to the biopharma segment.
Background a solid understanding of biology, marketing, and commercial strategy.
Communication clear, succinct and organized communication style balanced with empathy.
Passionate about commercializing technologies that are the bleeding edge of improving patient care.
A keen, growth mindset with a passion for bridging creativity and science to build a strong brand presence for us in the life sciences market.
A collaborative spirit with the ability to galvanize stakeholders behind a shared vision of elevating the brand.
Experience working in startup companies would be preferred but not required.
Experience in B2B software marketing would be an advantage but not required.
