Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on, skilled, and experienced IT team member to join our support service team.
This position requires a comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure servers and windows OS (on prem and cloud base).
As part of the job, you will face the customer directly develop and maintain mission-critical production environments.
Responsibilities:
Independently identify and resolve hardware and software issues within the customers IT systems (windows OS) including 3rd party services and production state.
Hands-on ownership on the Production environments.
Provide 2d and 3'd level system IT support on customer site.
Manage maintenance tasks and system updates, ensuring that Windows operating systems are up-to-date and secure.
Collaborate with vendors, external parties, and internal delivery teams.

Requirements: Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably at a Tier 2 level, including significant experience managing Windows operating systems.
Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking.
Ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert ( MCSE ), Cisco) are advantageous.
