As an R&D Team Lead you will be managing the R&D Team, reporting to the Chief Product Officer.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead and guide the technical aspects of our software development projects. You will contribute to architectural development and design efforts, collaborating with the team to design scalable, robust, and maintainable software systems.
Youll be very hands on and deeply involved in programming tasks, utilizing your expertise to craft efficient and effective solutions to complex problems. Additionally, youll play a crucial role in leading and supporting your colleagues by providing assistance with code reviews, offering insights and suggestions to improve code quality, readability, and performance.
