As a Full Stack Team Lead, you will play a critical role in our software development team, leading a group of talented developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality web applications using .NET and Angular technologies. You will be responsible for project management, technical leadership, and mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of .NET and Angular developers.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using .NET and Angular technologies.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their professional growth.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the teams technical skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, testers, and product managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
Fluent English
3+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack development.
2+ years of experience in leading a full stack team.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, NoSQL).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GPC , AWS).
Familiarity with DevOps (Docker and Kubernetes)
User interface design, information architecture, graphic design experience.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
