Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and motivate a team of business analysts, to help the company improve its business performance.
Consistently monitor the company KPIs and raise flags if needed.
Set the standard for best practices in the analytics world. Suggest new methodologies, processes and tools to analyze large data sets.
Work closely with the different business units, measure and identify hidden opportunities.
Take a key role in the companys decision making process, by leveraging data into business actions.
Initiate and lead a data driven culture.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a business\data analyst in a B2C company.
2+ years of experience in leading analytics teams.
B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science or an equivalent background.
Proficient SQL with 5+ years of experience in analyzing large & complex datasets.
Experience with BI Visualization tools (Tableau/Looker/Qlikview, etc.).
Experience with Python (Pandas, SciPy, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) an advantage.
Thrive in an environment of a fast-growing startup.
Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
A true passion for understanding consumers social gaming behavior.

Data Validation: Oversee the validation of both incoming data and output generated by the team to ensure accuracy and reliability in all data sets and analytics outputs and maintain high standards for data quality and integrity.
Internal Data Flow Optimization: Partner with your data team to enhance the internal flow of data. Focus on streamlining processes to ensure efficient data access and utilization across the company.

Requirements:
