As a Principal Product Manager for our AI Services (TAIS), you will spearhead the strategy, development, and execution of AI-driven solutions that revolutionize software testing and quality assurance. The role is based in Tel-Aviv, Israel, with a hybrid remote/in-office schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Lead the strategic planning process for TAIS, aligning product initiatives with our overall business strategy and customer needs. Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on a deep understanding of the AI landscape, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.

Product Discovery & Management: Champion the discovery phase for new AI features and services, utilizing a mix of quantitative and qualitative research methods to validate opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new ideas.

Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer success, support, and partners to communicate product vision and updates. Ensure all teams are aligned and empowered to meet their objectives with the rollout of new AI services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively work and collaborate with product management leadership and leaders across the company`s portfolio, developing AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing and future products. Foster a culture of innovation that encourages the sharing of ideas and technologies across teams to create cohesive and impactful AI capabilities.

Development & Execution: Oversee the product development lifecycle, from intake and planning through to execution and release. Implement agile methodologies to accommodate fast-paced changes in the AI field while maintaining a high standard of quality and innovation.

Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to product managers and other team members. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the team.

What Youll Do:

Aligning product strategy with the overall business goals and company strategy.

Driving product discovery, market research, and competitor research by setting the stage for the right approach to product development.

Communicating product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders in addition to stitching together the product vision and keep stakeholders informed of the product strategy.

Lead the product management team and ensure the product meets customer needs and provides value.

Coordinate go-to-market activities as needed for new features across the organization, demonstrating a deep understanding of the problems being solved and what the market needs

 You will be a part of an all-star consumer privacy team that is responsible for shaping our strategy, defining business requirements, and determining sprint priorities for privacy and identity protection products. You will partner with other product management team members to deliver final products to our iOS and Android customers. This position will work closely with engineering, marketing, user experience, program management and customer support. A successful product manager is an expert on their products with excellent communication skills to evangelize products internally across functional teams and externallys. The ability to communicate the values of solutions by providing key use cases, product demonstrations and roadmap presentations is key to your success.

What You Will Do: 
Work closely with Product Management and Product Marketing to define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the product line for consumer Android and iOS users 
Conduct market and user research to identify unmet customer needs and to inform future product direction  
Analyze competitive landscape and conduct technology assessments 
Advocate for users to ensure customer satisfaction and acceptance 
Collaborate with Growth, UI/UX, and Engineering teams to define new product experiences 
Translate high-level product features into epics and detailed user stories 
Act as the technical product expert for the mobile technology stack 
Build, prune, and maintain the team backlog of epics, user stories, defects, refactors, infrastructure work 
Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and participate in retrospectives and daily standups 
Work closely with the scrum team to promote the product vision, explain your user stories, make key decisions, negotiate trade-offs, and ensure on-time delivery of releases 
Coordinate with Program Management and Marketing to ensure smooth product launches 
Collaborate with other Technical, Product Strategy and Product Marketing Managers to share knowledge and experience, coordinate with other releases and deliver great products 
Participate in beta programs and our public forums on an on-going basis 
Maintain close relationships with the cross-functional team (Support, Marketing, Engineering and QA) to answer questions about your product 
Evangelize and defend the vision of the product with the internal teams on a day-to-day basis
