We are looking for a Customer Facing Data Scientist (LLM).
As a Customer Facing Data Scientist you will be at the core of our most important effort: how do we solve our customers LLM evaluation pains at scale.
You will work with some of the worlds best AI groups and with our top notch product data science team.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers effectively use LLM Evaluation for testing and monitoring and have full ownership for identifying the best path of implementing the solution into our users LLM pipelines.
Thus helping them to prevent hallucinations, create automatic evaluation flows, and enable continuous performance tracking and improvement. Being customer facing means that you will be working with our customers to understand their needs, help them customize the solution and investigate issues.
This role requires expertise in data science and proficiency in Python. Communicating with customers means that you will need to present your ideas concisely, know how to find a way to work around customers/prospects objections and develop relationships.
The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and possesses hands-on experience managing LLM solutions in an operational production environment along with a passion to make our customers successful.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in a quantitative field.
At least 2 years of industry experience in AI/ML roles

Requirements:
+4 years of experience as a data analyst.
Ability to work as part of an agile and quickly growing team
B.Sc in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering
Understanding of reporting architecture: data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling.
Multitasked, independent, with excellent organizational skills that can provide support of multiple projects
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to details and constant curiosity to learn and solve problems
Experience or knowledge in Machine Learning or AI environments- huge advantage
Robust skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualizations
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Experience in python or other scripting languages
Knowledge in SQL and Excel

Join our Customer Support team as a Support Specialist II, where you will play a crucial role in our expanding language support initiative. The ideal candidate possesses native proficiency in German, along with fluency in English, will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for deep-diving into technical troubleshooting and providing the highest quality responses to incoming user questions.
This role will report to a Customer Support Manager/ Senior Manager and will contribute directly to our Support efforts with a focus on troubleshooting and responding to escalated issues, contributing towards insights reporting, and collaborating with teammates to ensure the highest quality support.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a consistent 5 day work schedule with the ability to work standart German business hours from Monday through Friday.
What your day will look like:
Deliver high-quality, timely responses to support tickets received via email, phone or chat

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German as well as English.
A knack for investigating unexpected technical issues and determining the cause(s)
Ability to support our global customer base in a 24/7/365 environment
A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Experience in a omni-channel support organization, providing support via tickets, phone and chat
Proactive mindset in approaching day to day work
Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems is a plus.
