We do pure Frontend (no Full stack Devs here) and we are also in charge of defining the API schema. Our Backend partners write the microservices that implement the schema that we consume

Were seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to help us build our product. An engineer that can turn ideas into a valuable working product, has experience with client-side and backend frameworks, possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and has a sense for great user experience.
Responsibilities:
Taking an idea and developing it into a fully working feature with a rich UI and great UX
Develop clean, simple, maintainable, and efficient code while following industry best practices and code conventions
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to build and maintain web-based software applications using React and Node.js
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality of the product
Identify and address performance issues and bottlenecks in the application
Deploy regularly and maintain applications in a production environment
