Job Description:
Data centers keep getting bigger and more complex to manage.
Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) chips are responsible for keeping every server in their proper condition in order to perform at their best.
Utilizing the right interfaces with the right features, while keeping everything at the very highest standards, is going to be the challenge you will be facing in your day-to-day work.
Responsibilities:
As a designer in our team you will take a major part in exploring new protocols, evaluating different solutions for new architectural needs, and performing design and integration tasks for all parts of the chip.
You will be working closely with architects, verification and validation teams, SW and back-end to secure the best-in-class quality RTL.

The team implements strategy, roadmap, and feature definitions for all  product lines, hardware, and software throughout the product life cycle. We are seeking a self-motivated and a problem-solver Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Manager at dynamic environment, you will be generating product requirements by identifying potential opportunities and conducting market research and analyses. You will own the product definition, introduction to the market, and product lifecycle. You will in-directly manage activities across multiple teams including R&D, engineering, operation, sales, and support. What will you be doing:
* Manage the product life cycle from planning through research, development up to the launch of the product
* Collect, prioritize and communicate product requirements and features for current/future products
* Work closely with all departments to identify gaps and align all product efforts
* Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
* Identify and resolve problems on time and gather information to conduct data -driven decisions and find potential alternative solutions
* Quickly learn and solve unfamiliar customer technical & commercial issues
* Utilize internal resources to analyze global solar installations and drive new offerings
* Support the development of technical materials such as manuals, product presentations, training's to communicate product advantages and benefits etc.

Provide our customers technical and engineering expertise in their ASIC design HW verification process, using our HAV Platforms and Solutions:
Analyze customers verification methodologies and targets, platform and Testbench solutions planning.
Drive and execute HAV products Evaluations on customers designs.
Support customers in deployment of the HAV products, from RTL code compilation and synthesis, towards SoC-level full functionality bring-up on the systems.
Hands-on bring-up of Emulation Testbenches, including interface protocol Transactors, memory models SpeedAdapters, C++ code, and automation scripts.
Regularly interact with customers as their first contact to address any quality issue or required improvements in our products and their collaterals.
Work internally with R&Ds to provide feedbacks on products, track development process and roadmaps.
Work internally with Sales team on accounts strategy and business growth opportunities.

Your role involves overseeing the certification process for battery products, collaborating with regulatory bodies, and providing guidance to internal teams on compliance requirements. You will stay updated on evolving regulations and standards related to battery technology, ensuring that products meet all necessary criteria for safety and performance. You will participate and influence standards and regulations drafting in international standardization committees by forming alliances with the industry’s leading authorities and competitors. Additionally, you will work closely with engineers and product managers to address any compliance issues and facilitate the successful certification of battery products. .You will indirectly manage activities across multiple teams including R&D and Product management. What will you be doing:
* Manage the end-to-end certification process for battery products, including planning, documentation preparation, testing, submission, and communication with certification agencies.
* Stay informed about global regulations, standards, and certification requirements applicable to battery technology.
* Participating in International Standardization committees to influence current and future industry’s standards to provide advantage to SolarEdge’s products.
* Internal Guidance: Provide guidance and support to internal teams (engineering, product management, quality assurance) on compliance requirements, testing methodologies, and documentation needed for certification.
* Quickly learn and solve unfamiliar customer technical & commercial issues caused by local regulation laws.
* Identifies and recommends compliance with standards that apply to the company’s current and future products. Standards analysis includes periodic review of coverage by technical area, by relevance and by geographic market.
* Interacts with third party accredited compliance verification entities to ensure Engineering and Product Verification have accurate interpretation of standards clauses.

We are looking for an extraordinary FW engineer to drive state-of-the-art technologies for our products. As part of the team you would work on core hardware components, including the Image signal processing pipeline, where you will have the chance to define the way that we develops, tests and manufactures all of its products. In this role you will be working with SW, Algorithm, System and HW teams to develop solutions in the depth sensing field, design and implement real time embedded SW for depth sensors and cameras, including HW bringup and System integration, design and implement SW solutions to calibration and factory needs - SW design and architecture for prototypes.

* Create a thorough verification plan out of IP specification and implement it to completeness.
* Build UVM-compliant IP verification environment from scratch.
* Debug to find the root cause of issues.
* Full-chip verification from planning stage to tape-out, including gate-level testing.
* Testing using SystemVerilog and C.
* Work in a diverse environment, collaborating with power engineers, communication experts, and SW developers.
