The Monetization team is at the core of our business, driving revenue growth and improving the game experience for our users.
Responsibilities:
Craft and optimize custom, effective, and strategic plans that can help reach business targets.
Responsible for the operational launch of campaigns, monitoring results, and reacting accordingly.
Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies based on users' behavior analysis.
Recommend new ways to optimize and maximize game revenues.
Collaborate with the Economy, Design, Product, Technical Operations, and Analytics teams to execute top-quality events and promotions.
Continually test, innovate, and iterate ongoing programs.
Ability to formulate a custom, effective, strategic plan based on our business targets.
Requirements: Requirements:
2+ years of experience as Monetization Manager in the mobile gaming industry.
Proven analytical competencies: good understanding of data and trends. We're a data-driven company and while deep technical data analysis will be supported by our Analytics team, you should be comfortable using data to inform decisions.
Experience working with many stakeholders and different teams.
Strong English written/verbal communication skills.
A focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games an advantage.
Bachelors Degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration.
