Tasks control in the Fieldin system: Daily monitoring of the real-time data and information received from customers into the system.
Identify, analyze and solve problems in real-time. Reporting to relevant departments about various matters.
Support processes of data receiving into the system
Provide technical support for the Success Managers
Assist the on-boarding of new customers in the system
Generate special reports based on existing data
Requirements: Academic Degree/Diploma
Technological orientation
Ability to work independently and a highly personal responsibility to perform task
Attention to details and thorough
Ability to work successfully under goal plans
Fast learning curve
Good spoken and written English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
