We are looking for a talented and experienced Sr. IT Expert to help us develop our Global IT team, lead the global IT activity, and bring it to new heights.
This position combines hands-on and management tasks.
Description:
Maintain and develop our global IT assets:
Systems, laptops, licenses, networks, cloud-based applications, meeting rooms, etc.
Work closely with our suppliers, make orders, and manage the inventory.
Run a high-class efficient help desk to support our hardworking end-users
and delight them with everything they need.
Work closely with Cloud Ops and Security teams to implement our access policy
MDM (Jamf, Intune): configure users & devices policy, compliance policy, etc.
Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, QoS, latency, etc.)
Systems implementation projects.
Our technology stack includes:
Office 365, AD (Hybrid with Azure AD), Mac OS, Windows, Office 365, networks (VLAN, NPS, VPN, RADIUS, firewall), WSUS, WDS, Wi-Fi, Ubuntu, Virtualization VMWare.
Requirements:
5+ years of IT experience, out of which 3+ years as Sr. IT Expert
1+ years of experience as IT Manager an advantage
Top service awareness
Experience with both Mac and PC installations and management
Good familiarity with Azure cloud
Advanced network management (Wi-Fi & Ethernet, Corp & guest, APs, Switches, FW)
Active Directory expertise
SSO protocols: SAML, LDAP, OpenID
MDM knowledge (Jamf, Intune)
Software tools and other systems: Office 365, JIRA, Salesforce, Teams, Palo-Alto
Familiarity with VC rooms setup and management
Ability to lead implementation projects from the planning phase to production

Were looking for an outstanding IT Technician
WHAT YOULL DO

Provide tier 1 support for all end users, both remotely and in person.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including those related to macOS, Windows, and Linux, audiovisual systems, office networks, peripherals, and software.
Participate in asset management activities related to both hardware and software.
Effectively collaborate with close stakeholders, such as HR, and perform routine employee lifecycle-related tasks including conducting onboarding sessions for new employees.
Draft and update detailed internal and end user facing documentation related to supported technologies and processes.
Set the highest standard for quality in all service desk activities, including communication with end users, technology administration, documentation, and contribution to team metrics such as those related to SLAs.
Stay current on technologies used by the company and all internal changes.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience supporting end users both in-person and remotely.
Significant experience providing software support to Windows and macOS users.
Strong background IT support in a startup environment or at minimum SaaS tool administration in a corporate environment.
Have supported IAM solutions such as Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, or Ping Identity.
Strong, practical grasp of the networking and ability to troubleshoot wireless networks and some physical infrastructure.
Experience in managing configuration and service of AV systems (example: neat, poly etc).
Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure - Advantage.
