We are on the lookout for a results-oriented Partnerships Manager to join our Revenue department.
The ideal person for this role is a KPI-driven professional with exceptional customer-facing skills, exceptional relationship management skills, and a strategic mindset.
Will play a critical role in managing our existing partners , fostering strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow the collaborations and the generated business.
You will also be responsible for optimizing the efficiency of existing advertising activity, maximizing revenue potential, and developing and executing media plans and associated budgets.
What youll be doing:
Build, manage, and nurture relationships with our existing international brands, serving as the main point of contact and building strong, long-lasting partnerships
Identify opportunities to expand and grow our business with current partners, showcasing the advantages of native, choice-based advertising platform.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners, analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing upsell strategies to grow and optimize the partnerships effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership activities and carry through on the execution of the deal to meet business goals and objectives
Track and report on partnership performance to senior management, summarizing revenue generated, customer acquisition metrics, and ROI
Manage the partners allocated budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI
Develop new business through prospecting and own network of contacts
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the partnerships space, identifying new potential partners and emerging opportunities
Consistently exceeding revenue goals and interacting with the Operations team to ensure successful campaign delivery
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the online advertising industry (AKA Ad-Tech) with a strong ROI focus
Proven track record in performance campaigns, with a deep understanding of online marketing, acquisition, and demand generation that drive business growth
Proven digital media experience, demonstrating expertise in leveraging digital media platforms to enhance partnership strategies, and drive measurable results
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with partners
Strategic mindset and analytical skills, with the ability to identify partnership opportunities, evaluate their potential, and develop actionable plans
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously and deliver results within budget and timelines
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
