A world leader in additive manufacturing, is seeking for an experienced, data-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing Marketing Operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our MarTECH platforms to streamline campaigns, improve lead nurturing, increase marketing ROI, and drive revenue growth.
Location: Israel, Rehovot (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's MarTECH platforms including onboarding new users, integrations, and reporting.
Design and build automated, data-driven marketing campaigns including email nurture streams, lead scoring programs, dynamic content, forms, and landing pages.
Develop segmentation strategies and create targeted audiences based on behaviors, demographics, firmographics, etc.
Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights to optimize email deliverability, open rates, click-throughs, and lead conversion.
Ensure customer data is integrated accurately across marketing automation, CRM (e.g. Salesforce), website, and other marketing tools.
Collaborate with developers on integration projects to sync data between systems.
Document data-driven marketing tech processes and train marketing stakeholders on using the platform.
Keep up to date on marketing tech best practices and new platform features/capabilities.
Requirements:
3-5years experience in a data-driven marketing automation role, preferably with enterprise-level platforms
Strong understanding of lead nurturing, database segmentation, email marketing, campaign management
Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to drive improvements, including working with Excel and other data analytics tools.
Technical skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (beneficial)
Background in sales and marketing processes
Excellent communication, project management, and detail orientation abilities
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Proven team player, and highly independent.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field
* Minimum of 3+ years experience in customer marketing, partner marketing, or related B2B marketing roles in a global SaaS or tech company. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, make strategic recommendations based on customer journey and usage patterns, test, and optimize.
* Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and webinar programs.
