As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
Driving product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Threat Protection, in alignment with the overall Microsoft security portfolio and customer needs.
Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver innovative and impactful features and enhancements that solve customer problems and create value.
Conducting market and competitive research, customer feedback and data analysis, and user testing to identify and validate customer pain points and opportunities.
Defining and prioritizing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and communicating them clearly and effectively to the engineering team and other stakeholders.
Measuring and evaluating product performance, user satisfaction, and business outcomes, and iterating based on data and feedback.
Evangelizing and demonstrating the product to internal and external audiences, including customers, partners, analysts, and media.
Requirements: 6+ years of experience in cross-group, cross-functional product management roles.
Experience in leading large product initiatives and programs across multiple disciplines such as marketing, sales, customer success, engineering, research, design, etc.
Experience in cybersecurity with a strong technical background on SaaS and security concepts and best practices.
A customer-centric mindset and a proven track record of delivering customer value and solving customer problems through product innovation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
A data-driven and analytical approach to decision making, and the ability to use data and metrics to measure, experiment, improve and communicate product impact and outcomes.
A self-starter attitude and a growth mindset, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Technical background or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related domains.
