On your day-to-day, you will-
Take Product design ownership overall platform areas (Dashboard, Studio, Editor, and mobile app)
Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, and design teams in order to define, design, and deliver intuitive UI/UX solutions.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, high-end designs and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Working with usability testing and data analysis in order to reach Intelligent UX solutions.

Who Were Looking For
A product designer with hands-on experience and strong UX foundations.

What youll do:

Design workflows: Youll own marketing design end-to-end. Taking ideas from concept through production-ready output, while building the systems that make scale possible. Youll refine templates, libraries, and component systems so the team can ship high volume without losing cohesion or quality. Running reviews that sharpen the work and building fast, reliable feedback loops the team can trust.
Team leadership & hands-on: Lead and develop a team of experienced designers day to day, coaching, unblocking, and leveling up taste and channel literacy. Youll stay hands-on where it matters most, high-leverage marketing projects end-to-end, jumping in to art-direct or execute when speed or stakes are high, and taking on work so your team can keep momentum on their own projects. The goal is to unblock, model great thinking, and free designers to fully own their projects.

This is a dual-impact role: you will be a key driver in our daily video production engine - editing and polishing content produced by the team - while also having the creative space to ideate and lead your own original performance concepts from scratch.
