We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Team Lead to join our marketing team in Israel. In this role, you will be a crucial driver in optimizing our marketing processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and leading a team of skilled marketing operations professionals.
You will:
Lead and mentor the Marketing Operations manager and provide guidance and performance feedback to ensure the professional development and success of team members.
Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM), generate, track, distribute reports, and inform on marketing and sales activities.
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in demand generation and database management.
Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, evaluate new technologies, and ensure a seamlessly integrated tech stack to improve marketing and sales performance.
Stay up-to-date on current marketing automation trends and strategies and recommend best practice solutions.
Create scalable processes to support communication and collaboration across different departments.
Establish KPIs and benchmarks for marketing operations, continuously monitoring and optimizing to meet business objectives.
Work closely with Marketing, SalesOps, and Sales on funnel analysis and metrics across Inbound ABX activities.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven track record of at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Cross-object data management and activation).
Experience working with Salesforce CRM in an operational capacity, comfortable working with Salesforce flows, formulas, custom views, reports, and dashboards.
In-depth knowledge of marketing technology stack and analytics tools.
Data-driven, continually seeking to innovate to drive improved results.
Familiarity with different marketing approaches, ABX, inbound, and outbound best practices.
Advanced level of Excel experience.
Knowledge and understanding of marketing tools (Zapier), processes, and execution of workflows to support, track, and report KPIs for marketing activities.
Creative and strong initiator. Can translate new ideas into systems and processes.
