As a BI Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our Business Intelligence products. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, building advanced data solutions, and empowering our merchants with actionable insights to drive smarter decisions across our cross-border e-commerce business.
*This role is temporary role for maternity leave with option
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the BI product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on stakeholder needs, business goals, and market trends.
Partner with BI engineers, analysts, and developers to design and deliver scalable self service BI dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making.
Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders, translate them into clear product specifications, and manage the full lifecycle of BI features.
Leverage data visualization and analytics tools to monitor KPIs, and customer behavior, enabling business teams to act on insights.
Conduct research and competitive analysis to stay on top of BI trends.
Drive adoption of BI products by collaborating with business teams (solutions, sales, account management, operations, and support), ensuring value is delivered across the organization.
Requirements:
3+ years of product management experience, ideally within e-Commerce, Fintech, BI or Data Platforms.
B2B or B2B2C SaaS experience Must.
Bachelors degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Qlik, etc.).
Solid understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, and database technologies (SQL proficiency a plus).
Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for building data-driven products.

Were hiring a Growth Team Lead to own and scale the products user acquisition and user flow from funnels to onboarding and activation efforts. Managing and building a team that will be responsible for execution, testing, analysis, and ongoing optimization.
What youll do:
Lead and scale growth initiatives across the full user funnel from acquisition, activation to retention with a hands-on, data-driven approach.
Own onboarding flows, landing pages, A/B tests and in-product experiences through structured A/B testing and experimentation
Manage media buying operations, explore new channels, and optimize campaigns toward ROAS goals.
Collaborate with product, data, design, and dev teams to launch new growth experiments.
Set and monitor KPIs, analyze user behavior and cohort data, and constantly iterate on roadmap.
Build processes and structure that will allow for rapid growth and scale.
Help recruit and onboard new team members as the team expands.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in B2C growth, user acquisition or performance marketing ideally in ad-tech or consumer apps.
Proven track record of running and optimizing paid campaigns and/or product funnels.
Analytical mindset comfortable working with numbers, data platforms, and A/B testing tools.
Experience collaborating with product and R&D teams to execute growth initiatives.
A strong executor whos comfortable getting hands dirty, but also capable of mentoring others.
Curious, fast-learning, and excited about experimenting and moving quickly.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Growth, Performance Marketing or B2C Analytics
Experience in data-rich, mobile apps, gaming, ad-tech, marketing, or large user base companies/startups
Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPI improvement and conversion optimization
Experience managing and conducting A\B tests
Good understanding of UX design principles and user-centered design
Ability to alternate between macro and micro perspectives and tasks
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Self-motivated and proactive with strong interpersonal skills
Great interpersonal skills, fun to be around :)
Advantages:
Coding experience or strong analytical background
Experience with Attribution tools and SDKs (e.g., Appsflyer)
Familiarity with the Mobile ecosystem, programmatic ecosystem, UX, and backend systems
