As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will identify, conceptualize, and develop new business opportunities within our organization. You will work closely with our leadership team, leveraging your entrepreneurial expertise to explore new markets, incubate ideas, and ultimately bring transformative products to life. This role is ideal for an early-career founder/ceos/entrepreneur with a track record of successful ventures who is looking for a platform to scale their next big idea within the support system of an established organization. In this role, you will essentially lead the unit and act as a startup's CEO, driving the vision, strategy, and execution of new ventures. This role will report to GM B2C.

Your role as an Entrepreneur in Residence means your daily responsibilities may include:
Identifying Opportunities: Research and identify new market opportunities that align with the companys strategic goals. Conduct market analysis to validate the viability of new business ideas.
Conceptualising Business Ideas: Develop and refine innovative business concepts that can be incubated within the company, including product and service ideas.
Business Development: Lead the development of business plans, go-to-market strategies, and financial models for new ventures-secure internal buy-in and resources for the launch and scale of new businesses.
Incubation & Execution: Oversee the incubation of new ventures from concept to launch, including managing cross-functional teams, securing funding, and driving product development.
Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor internal teams, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster a culture of innovation.
Partnership & Networking: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, investors, and stakeholders to support the growth and success of new ventures.
Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on progress, challenges, and outcomes of new ventures to the executive team. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.

We are looking for a Product Strategy leader to focus on long term Product vision and Roadmap opportunities. This role will operate at the intersection of product, corporate strategy and GTM teams. What You'll Be Doing:
Long-Term Product Vision & Strategy
Define and continuously refine our long term product vision, grounded in market trends, customer needs, regulatory shifts, and technological evolution (AI, identity, payments infrastructure).
Identify adjacencies and expansion vectors across eCommerce, payments, fraud prevention, Identity, Banking partnerships, and more.
Translate macro fintech trends (agentic commerce, open banking, real-time payments, digital wallets, network tokenization, alternative payment methods, etc.) into concrete strategic opportunities.
Market & Investment Analysis:
Conduct deep market assessments to identify high-impact growth opportunities, including TAM/SAM analysis and competitive landscape evaluation.
Evaluate build/partner/buy options and lead product-related strategic investments and partnerships.
Develop business cases for major product bets, balancing growth potential and risk.
Represent Product in executive-level conversations with partners and key customers.
Strategic Roadmapping:
Ensure near-term roadmaps align with long-term strategic direction.
Partner with domain Product leaders to connect annual objectives and roadmaps with multi-year strategic pillars.
Facilitate executive alignment around major product moves and cross-domain initiatives.

About the Role
As a Product Manager for our Dispute Resolve solution, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to help merchants manage chargebacks effectively, improve win rates, and scale their dispute operations.
Dispute Resolve enables merchants to handle disputes efficiently - from ingestion and analysis, through evidence generation and submission, to performance optimization - helping them improve win rates, reduce operational overhead, and make smarter decisions about which disputes to fight.
In this role, you will take part in shaping and driving key areas of the Dispute Resolve product, contributing to the definition, execution, and evolution of end-to-end dispute flows across multiple merchant setups, ensuring the product delivers clear value and measurable outcomes. As part of this, you will work on expanding system integrations and evolving our evidence capabilities to support scalable and effective dispute handling.

What You'll Be Doing
Take part in defining, executing, and evolving end-to-end dispute management flows across different merchant setups.
