What will you do?

Define and execute technical vision and product strategy in line with business goals.
Drive the full lifecycle of product development: ideation, architecture, execution, quality, and delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Customer Success teams to translate market needs into scalable solutions.
Manage project priorities, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement across multicultural teams.
Act as an active member of the R&D staff.

Required Senior People Support Partner
Job Overview
Our People Support Partners empower employee success by shaping human-centered experiences that foster a culture of trust and high performance. We are the go-to team for expert employee support for complex scenarios, and collaborate closely with our Centers of Excellence (COEs) to uplevel existing programs and processes, and pioneer new ones, to deliver unparalleled experiences for our employees. We manage a complex and varied caseload, from supporting our people as they navigate personal hardships to resolving the impact of system errors. We have a hybrid work environment with three days per week in office. This role will focus primarily on supporting Israel, with additional support as needed to India and the UK, and our other US locations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in both English and Hebrew.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional guidance and support to employees and managers, demonstrating deep empathy and expertise
Design, implement, and maintain essential people processes and protocols for critical situations (e.g., natural disasters, employee loss, hardship)
Leverage relevant playbooks, protocols, and requirements for case management and contributes to continuous process improvement
Analyze data and insights to pinpoint opportunities that elevate employee experiences and drive the creation of innovative programs and products, from ideation to change management
Drive team initiatives and projects and contribute to organizational priorities, leading through change and ambiguity

What You’ll Do Manage the full hiring lifecycle from role definition to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and high-quality hiring process. Build and execute effective sourcing strategies, proactively identifying and engaging top candidates through both traditional and creative channels. Conduct interviews in both Hebrew and English and lead structured, thoughtful candidate evaluations. Drive efficient, fast, and well-organized recruitment processes while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience. Collaborate with global teams and support hiring across multiple regions. Use data, insights, and new tools to continuously improve recruiting processes and outcomes. Explore and adopt new recruiting technologies and AI tools to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency.
What You’ll Bring At least 4 years of experience in recruiting, including at least 2 years recruiting for technical roles in a high-tech or startup environment. Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles and functions. Strong sourcing capabilities and the creativity to identify and engage top talent. Experience working independently and managing multiple processes in a fast-paced environment. Experience recruiting globally. Experience working with APAC markets is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates. Full professional fluency in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to conduct interviews in both languages. A genuine passion for recruiting and talent acquisition. Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new recruiting tools, including AI-driven solutions.
