What will you do?
This candidate will be supporting the CEO & COO of a rapidly growing software company. In order for the executive to perform at peak capacity the assistant plays an essential role in the executive schedule, daily deliverables, event preparation and department activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
High volume of calendar scheduling balanced efficiently across numerous time zones.
Coordinate travel logistics and full itineraries ensuring accurate connections and logistics for all executive team (car service, hotel, flights & reservations).
Company travel approver. Responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, optimizing travel spend, and providing guidance to employees regarding their travel bookings.
Manage meetings logistics.
Point of contact for the Executive Team
Keeps executive updated on all time sensitive communication.
Shadow the executive schedule to ensure timely attendance and attendee staging.

Role:
Understanding customers agreements and transferring and adapting them to billing requirements in Excel
Creating billing materials to be sent to the billing department
Ensure the billing accuracy and timely submissions
Collaborating with customers, internal stakeholders and billing department to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors
Daily support for any billing related operational needs
Take part in revenue reporting process
Support finance ad-hoc projects
Availability to work minimum 3 days a week (two of them at least are in the morning)
