Responsibilities
Manage and optimize our affiliate program: Evaluate our existing affiliate activities and campaigns. Identify possible solutions and propose improvements to achieve the best results.
Implement strategies to attract both newbie affiliates and top industry affiliates (influencers). Youll need to find them, recruit them, and get them to promote our brand.
Handle influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision.
Foster affiliate relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve potential issues. Collaborate with affiliates to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with our brand and goals.
Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and revenue generated. Report on the results of affiliate initiatives to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Payment management: Coordinate the timely and accurate payment of affiliate commissions, ensuring transparency and accuracy in the payment process.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as an affiliate manager or in a related field
Demonstrated success in managing and growing affiliate programs, preferably in the software or digital marketing industry
Ability to effectively communicate with affiliates and senior management and collaborate with other department members to convey information and resolve issues
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting affiliate performance data
Ability to identify trends, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and growth
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding affiliate program goals and targets with a proactive, results-oriented mindset that drives affiliate performance and revenue growth
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain affiliate relationships
In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and industry best practices.
Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools such as Ahrefs, Similarweb, Google Analytics, and more
Familiarity with Elementor products and services - an advantage
Proven track record of working with influencers - an advantage
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
