We are seeking an experienced HR Manager as a temporary replacement for maternity leave, to lead all recruiting and HR functions for our Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams in Israel and internationally. This role plays a pivotal part in driving and managing recruitment strategy and processes, managing the full employment cycle, and promoting HR initiatives to foster an engaging and high-performance culture. The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR initiatives of global teams located in Israel, the USA, the Philippines, and more while collaborating strongly with Finance, IT, Security, and more to align HR efforts with organizational goals.
?Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy:
* Lead all recruitment activities for the Customer Success and Go-to-Market departments globally, ensuring a steady pipeline of top talent that aligns with the companys growth trajectory.
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective hiring strategies tailored to each market.
* Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates, and manage external resources, partners and agencies.
* Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, conducting HR interviews and closing. Full Employee Lifecycle Management:
* Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and a positive Employee Experience.
* Facilitate processes for employee development, transfers, promotions and disciplinary actions, providing comprehensive support to managers and team leads.
* Lead initiatives to drive employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion, and cultivate a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
* Implement HR strategies and policies that align with DealHubs mission and organizational objectives. Guidance and Support for Managers:
* Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the Customer Success and Go-to-Market leadership, advising on best practices and supporting team and departmental goals.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads, providing support in areas of performance management, team development, and conflict resolution.
* Ensure compliance with local and global employment laws and HR policies. Wellbeing and HR administration
* Lead and conduct well-being plan and activities for global teams, including cross-company activities and personal events.
* Act as the admin of the companys HRIS and ATS, including generating and using HR analytics and reports, implementing and adjusting the companys policies, and more.
* Work in close relationship with Finance, IT, Security, Legal and external partners to support company-wide initiatives and optimize cross-functional workflows.
Requirements: * Fluent in English and Hebrew, written and verbal, is a must.
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, in a fast-paced, global environment.
* Proven success in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and developing talent acquisition strategies for global teams.
* Technical savvy with experience managing and using HRIS and ATS solutions.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to cross-departmental relationships.
* Great ambition and self-driven attitude, with the ability to independently drive HR initiatives, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects.
