We have a multidisciplinary design studio made up of interaction designers, content designers, researchers, and a storytelling team. The all-up studio has people with different skills and backgrounds who are located in three different regions US, India, and Israel. Your product team will be located in our Herzliya and Tel Aviv sites in Israel. We supports hybrid work.

Responsibilities:
Use language as design material: Planning, crafting, and refining names and terms, messaging and content, UX flows, and in-product languagetesting, validating, and adapting for the next iteration.
Contribute to a coherent vision and experience strategy.
Align business, brand, naming, messaging, and design strategies using your expertise across the broad domain of customer communications inside or outside of us.
Work within design systems: People will seek you out for answers on our brand voice, content style standards, terminology, common UI and interaction patterns, feature naming, and more.
Support multiple product areas. This requires context switching and supreme time management skills, diplomatically juggling and prioritizing multiple design, product management, and engineering teams, all while streamlining processes and looking for efficiencies.
Able to work autonomously and know when to reach out for help. Use and build on existing our company, Cloud+AI, and Industry Cloud style guidance, and be able to define product-specific guidance where necessary.
Create processes, tools, frameworksbuild a content design practice. This is a new role, so you get to educate designers, engineers, and product managers about how to work with a content designer.
In addition to collaborating with UX research and conducting heuristic reviews, youll need to run content and terminology research using online tools and in-person conversations with customers.

As a UX proffetional, this is exctied opportunit to roll up your sleeves and lead features across the full spectrum of UX, collaborating with research and content to deliver exceptional experinces. Your work will influence high-level executives, requiring design to be a key tool in communication and persuasion. You will work with a diverse teams, managing multiple priorities, and overseeing product launches. Here are the core responabilities of the role:
Collaborate with Product Management to define the problem space and envision success.
Work closely with designers, researchers, PMs, data scientists, and engineers, fostering iterative design processes.
Develop features that democratize real time streaming data.
Create UX assets that convey feature vision, customer value, and establish design principles.
Crafting user flows, wireframes, layouts, and prototypes that are intuitive and elegant.
Derive insights from customer research and cultural trends, translating them into compelling designs and clear briefs.
Employ various methods to validate designs, effectively communicating findings and design logic.
Support engineering teams throughout development, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Advocate for innovative solutions and technologies, inspiring others to adopt new approaches.
Apply successful strategies and enhance engineering methods and quality practices across products.
