We are now seeking a Senior Monetization Manager with a proven track record in mobile ad monetization, Adx optimization, and advanced GAM configurations to help lead the next phase of our monetization strategy.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Monetization Manager, youll take a central role in optimizing ad revenue across our mobile apps. Youll lead adx operations, implement high-performing monetization strategies, and serve as a key driver of experimental A/B testing and partner integrations. Youll work cross-functionally with product, dev, and analytics teams while managing a sophisticated infrastructure of over 100 ad yield groups.
Manage and optimize over 100 Yield Group (YG) configurations across platforms.
Plan and execute ad stack experiments, including frequency capping, format strategy, and bidding vs. waterfall logic.
Design and analyze A/B tests with statistical rigor to drive revenue-impacting decisions.
Google Ad Manager (GAM) Expertise
Deploy, configure, and QA new ad units in GAM while maintaining a clean & scalable ad unit & placement architecture.
Manage multisize bidding strategies and pricing floor libraries.
Work with Prebid integration teams to ensure efficient and fair competition between demand sources.
Analyze Prebid auction behavior and support optimization of bidder performance, latency, and overall impact on CPM and fill.
Partner & Performance Management
Onboard and integrate new SSP partners, including documentation and QA validation.
Monitor ongoing performance of ad partners, identifying and blocking problematic creatives or demand sources.
Lead debugging efforts for ad issues, latency, or session anomalies using manual QA tools and in-app session testing.
Cross-Functional Project Leadership
Work closely with the product team to define, scope, and spec out new monetization initiatives.
Contribute to the roadmap of automation tools, smart waterfall systems, and AI-powered optimization.
Track and document every monetization setup, partner config, and experimental result for full operational transparency.
Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app ad monetization, with a strong emphasis on programmatic (ADX) strategies.
Deep experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), including implementation, pricing floor management, and multisize/adaptive strategies.
Experience working with Prebid.js or Prebid Mobile, understanding auction logic, demand competition, and performance tuning.
Proven ability to optimize ad stack performance through both waterfall and header bidding techniques.
Comfortable running and analyzing A/B tests, retention impact studies, and CPM optimization experiments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with product, devs, and analysts.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to drive high-impact decisions in a dynamic environment.
Bonus: Familiarity with the sports or gaming ecosystem.
