We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Application and backend Development Manager to work closely with our 15-person mobile development team based in Ukraine.

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mobile projects across time zones, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, often remotely, to define project requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Technology Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile and backend technologies, tools, and trends, and recommend adoption of new technologies that can enhance our products and processes. Performance Optimization: Monitor the performance, stability, and security of our mobile applications and backend systems, and implement optimizations to improve User Experience and efficiency. Recruitment and Training: Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to existing team members, leveraging virtual tools and resources.
