We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our people team for a maternity leave cover. In this role, you will play a meaningful part in shaping our global people strategy by managing the full recruiting lifecycle across our international teams. This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role within a fast-paced, scale-up environment where your work will have real and immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation and closng.
Identify and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to each role and market.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using both traditional and non-traditional sourcing channels.
Ensure a top-notch candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the process.
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and align hiring strategies with business goals.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in global talent acquisition or recruitment, within a tech or scale-up environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously across different functions and geographies.
Strong sourcing skills - experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outreach methods.
Experience working with an ATS and other recruitment tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A genuine passion for recruitment and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
