We are seeking a VP of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our management platform, Data Platform, and network and security operations portfolio. Your scope will include the Management Application (CMA), Agentic CMA, XDR, XOPS, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), NOC capabilities, and posture management, as well as the Data Platforms infrastructure and data products and the developer experience supporting our SASE platform.
You will shape how customers configure, monitor, secure, and operate their environments, delivering a unified management experience powered by AI, automation, and data. You will also guide the evolution of the data foundation and products that turn network, security, and operational telemetry into actionable insights.
You will lead the product organization for this area, working closely with the Research group, the PLG team in London, Engineering, DevOps, and SRE. In partnership with executive leadership, you will translate this vision into a clear roadmap that delivers intelligent management experiences, scalable platform and data capabilities, and measurable customer and business value.
Responsibilities:
Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across CMA, Agentic CMA, XDR, XOPS, DEM, NOC capabilities, posture management, and the Data Platform, including its infrastructure and data products.
Advance the Agentic CMA vision, enabling customers to move from manual administration toward intelligent, automated management and operations.
Deliver cohesive workflows across network and security operations, connecting visibility, investigation, troubleshooting, posture assessment, and remediation.
Define the Data Platform strategy, prioritizing scalable data ingestion, processing, storage, and access capabilities that support analytics, AI, and operational use cases.
Lead the development of data products that transform platform telemetry into actionable insights, reporting, and measurable customer value.
Establish priorities for data quality, governance, availability, and performance in partnership with Engineering and relevant stakeholders.
Lead and grow the product organization, developing strong product leaders and teams with clear ownership and accountability for outcomes.
Partner with the Research group and Engineering to translate research and emerging AI capabilities into practical, reliable experiences that simplify management and operations.

Responsible for the execution and success of B2B2C product suite.
Improve competitiveness, scale and broaden the companys offering in order to achieve competitive advantage.
Responsible for designing and building internal tools to increase our implementation efficiency and scalability.
Attend client meetings, alongside Sales to present and demonstrate the Product - US Time zone
Be an active partner in building product strategy and roadmap.
Oversee all product-related activities including prioritization, feature definition, user experience, UI/UX and quality.
Defining the Product teams growth plan and strategy.
Managing, coaching, and mentoring your team members (Product Managers and UI/UX designers).
Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timeline for new initiatives.

Act as Meshs de facto AI lead in Product - deciding, product by product, whether AI accelerates a workflow or removes it entirely, and personally driving the initiatives that matter most.
Set the norm that Product builds with AI coding tools, not just talks about them - prototyping yourself when it matters, and expecting the same instinct from every PM on the team.
Turn complex financial workflows into scalable, intuitive products with Engineering and Design.
Align Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around priorities and trade-offs.
Represent the product direction with the board, investors, customers, and partners.
